Meditation

Discover the secrets of deep rest and a clam mind through the art of meditation

Why people meditate

Millions around the world are experiencing the benefits of meditation. The reasons to meditate haven’t changed since ancient times. People sat down to know the Self, to be free of misery and to sharpen their abilities. Meditation belongs to no religion, so anyone can practice it, whatever their faith.
Guided meditations take you through the practice step by step, and several are in Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s own voice. Sahaj Samadhi Meditation works differently. It’s a mantra meditation, and sahaj means effortless in Sanskrit. Once you’ve learned it from an Art of Living, you can practice it on your own.

Guided meditations

Each guided meditation takes you through the practice one instruction at a time, so all you have to do is listen and follow. Yoga Nidra, Hari Om and Panchakosha are among them. Sit comfortably, close your eyes and press play. You can meditate any time during the day but make sure it is at least two hours after a meal.
