The Living Well programs address lifestyle-related diseases and help people overcome the symptoms.

The Living Well - DPT program is a lifestyle modification module for metabolic disorders such as diabetes, PCOD and thyroid disorders.

Diabetes (specifically Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus), PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease) and thyroid disorders have a common thread of metabolic disturbances. Diabetes and PCOD are the results of poor lifestyle with family history and stress playing a role. All the three conditions affect the quality of life.

With a structured approach to food, exercise, and stress-busting in addition to medication, the quality of life can be restored. Studies show that the Sudarshan Kriya taught in the program has beneficial effects on critical metabolic systems, stress-mediated biochemical mechanisms such as cortisol, improved anti-oxidant status.

The Living Well – A program offers relief from allergic asthma and allergic rhinitis. The underlying allergic aetiology in these two specific conditions finds effective alleviation with the deep breathing techniques taught in the program. The lung capacities gradually show good improvement and the relief from asthma and rhinitis is very marked.

The number of episodes and the intensities of the attacks show a marked reduction. Emergencies such as status asthmaticus can be avoided.
